Purpose:
Groundwork and new services for a new 3-bedroom bungalow.
Works Completed:
- Installed a temporary stone roadway into the site to create access for the new build.
- Reduced dig to formation level for the new footprint of the house and paved areas. All the muck away was used to create an earth bund on the land.
- Excavated and installed strip foundations to the engineer’s design.
- Installed a new sewage treatment plant and a rainwater harvesting tank. With all associated pipework in accordance to all the environment standards and general building regulations.
- Installed a new block and beam flooring system.
- Installed a gabion wall system to retain the bank at the high side of the land.
- Installed a suitable crane matt using type one material compacted in layers.
- All of our work was checked and signed off by the local building Inspector at each critical stage of the groundwork.
- Our work is completed here now until the building is built. We have been asked to price the external finishes which we will once we have received all the information and design.
