Replacement of 3 manhole covers and yard subsidence remedial.
- Remove existing failed manhole covers and replace them with new heavy-duty ones. Reinstating the tarmac around the new covers is also necessary.
- Breakout and remove the failed section of the tarmac yard.
- Prepare type one subbase and compact with a vibrating roller.
- Lay down 1200-gauge polytene membrane.
- Install A 393 spec mesh reinforcement and tie with galvanised wire.
- Lay 200mm of pavement spec concrete and compact and level.
- Lay 100mm of 10mm Stone mastic asphalt and compact with a vibrating roller.
- Hand over to the customer
