Scope of works: Groundworks, New Road and Drive.
- Removal of old concrete and tarmac driveway
- Reduce dig and apply type one subbase and compact
- Install granite sett edging bricks and point up
- Apply two layers of tarmac for the new road and the neighbor’s
drive. - Install a permeable tarmac layer. And top with 18mm of resin
bound for the main drive. - Change all the manhole covers for recessed ones.
- Repair a small section of drainage for the customer.
Size Of Team:
- 2 men for 2 weeks.
- 1 x 5t excavator 1 x roller.
- 8 man tarmac gang for one day.
- 4 man resin gang for one day.
